Ticketing Policy
Member / Subscription Ticket Holders
All members may make seat reservations for the evening they wish to attend on line or by calling the Membership Reservation Hotline.
All non-member tickets must be paid in full when making any reservation.
Members are required to present their membership vouchers to the box office in exchange for their tickets.
All Membership tickets will be held at the Box Office under the member's last name. They will not be re-sold.
Ticket prices vary. Please refer to the chart above to find out the cost for purchasing tickets in advance and at the door.
Non-Member Tickets
Non-Members can pre-purchase tickets on-line only. Tickets can be pre-purchased with a Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Please contact the Box Office directly if you need to arrange for alternative payment.
All pre-paid tickets will be held at the Box Office under the purchaser's last name. They will not be re-sold.

Performance Night Ticket Purchases
Members and non-members may purchase tickets "at the door" the night of any performance without making a reservation, based on seating availability.
The Box Office is not responsible for the inability to seat patrons who do not make prior reservations.

EBT Card to Culture Program
The Footlight Club participates in the Card to Culture program. This joint venture between the Mass Cultural Council, Department of Transitional Assistance, WIC Nutrition Program, Massachusetts Health Connector, and many of the best cultural institutions across the Commonwealth allows those receiving benefits from DTA, WIC, and ConnectorCare to access museums, performances, and other cultural programming at a reduced or free cost. EBT, WIC, and ConnectorCare card holders can pay $1 per ticket per card holder for up to four people. Tickets are available for advance reservations online OR by emailing boxoffice@footlight.org OR at the Box Office on the night of the show on a first-come, first-served basis.
Reserved, Unpaid Tickets
As of July 13, 2004, The Footlight Club no longer accepts unpaid reservations for its productions. Please refer above to the sections marked "Member / Subscription Ticket Holders" or & Non-member Tickets" for ticket reservation terms and procedures.
Refunds
All Box Office Transactions are non refundable, except in the event of performance cancellation.
Exchanges
Exchange requests must be made in writing, by phone or by e-mail. Requests in person may not be honored unless accompanied by written documentation.
Deadlines
Member & non-member purchases on-line can be made up to 24 hrs before the performance date. Reservations made less than 24 hours before the performance may not be honored.
Member Reservations by phone can be made until 5 pm on the day of the performance. Reservations made after 5 pm may not be honored.
Member requests to purchase non-member tickets by phone can be made up to 48 hrs prior to performance date. Reservations made less than 48 hours before the performance may not be honored.
